We have secured another project with Mulalley to develop a new food laboratory within the Jellicoe Building at the University of Greenwich’s Medway Campus. Part of the project includes the refurbishment of spaces on the ground floor and the formation of a new external plant compound.
The building will benefit from new air conditioning and ventilation systems to serve the laboratories. Steam plant and compressed air plant will also be installed within a separate packaged plant room to serve the processing plant and laboratory equipment. A particular feature of the project is a new energy efficient lighting scheme with a fully integrated intelligent smart scan control system.
