Having completed the enabling package during 2014, we are very pleased to have been awarded the main M+E package by Vinci Construction on a major scheme to extend and refurbish the Derwent Centre, a mental health unit in Essex.
The Derwent Centre provides in-patient wards and day centre facilities for mentally ill patients in West Essex. The refurbishment includes two new wards each with single en-suite rooms, and a new extension providing daily activities for service users, together with lounge space, a dining room and servery.
