Bower Fuller carried out the complete mechanical and electrical installation to the first phase of the Westminster Business Square refurbishment project, in Vauxhall, London. The project comprised a full VRF system to 17 No. new and refurbished business units complete with heat recovery ventilation systems. New lighting, small power, fire alarms and access control systems were also installed as part of the refurbishment. Due to all the new services being exposed and surface mounted, the success of the project was in the attention to detail of the installation. It was therefore a pre-requisite that all services were fully co-ordinated with each other, and that the finishes were fully aligned with the industrial feel of the architectural design.
