Following a complete test and inspection of the electrical systems at all properties occupied by the Charity, the Special Projects Division carried out remedial works to bring the electrical services up to the 17th Edition of electrical regulations. The successful delivery of these works led to Bower Fuller being awarded the contract to supply various bolt-on services:

• Reactive electrical maintenance to the Hospice office buildings, town centre shops and warehouses.
• Design, planning and buildability input for remedial and building improvement works.
• Technical and functional support to the resident maintenance team on installed mechanical and electrical systems.
