Bower Fuller was employed directly by the client following a fire which completely destroyed the building.

The project program involved an extremely short program of seven weeks to complete the repair works. This required close liaison with the mechanical contractor to coordinate the rapid reconstruction with the electrical installation.

The electrical requirement included electrical heaters, a fire alarm system and lighting.
