We continue to provide maintenance support for the Innovation Centre at University of Essex, Colchester. We are more familiar than most with the Innovation Centre, having been involved in its original construction with Kier back in 2018/2019.  Our experience at the Innovation Centre has led to recommendations for other buildings that the client operates in the region to utilise our services. We are now engaged by the Launchpad in Southend (another new build scheme that we built with Morgan Sindall a couple of years ago).  Elsewhere, we have been introduced to the team at the Epicentre in Haverhill, and hope to build on this relationship. Oxford Innovation provides facilities for start-up business tenants including offices and work spaces.
