When our Major Projects division designed and installed the mechanical and electrical services for various NIAB buildings with main contractor SDC a few years ago we were asked to carry out some maintenance on an ad hoc basis. However, following some recent NIAB changes we have now been appointed as their maintenance contractor for their 6 buildings at the NIAB research facilities and headquarters in Cambridge. We are undertaking a comprehensive PPM package which will play an important part in helping to preserve the assets and enable the mechanical and electrical systems to operate efficiently. NIAB is a charitable organisation focussed on the global need to produce more food with a reduced impact on the environment.
