We have been working continuously with MSBDC for several years assisting them across a broad range of property improvement projects. Although there is a bias towards their mechanical and electrical needs we have also undertaken various building fabric upgrades and repairs using our trusted supply chain experts.

The work has been diverse and includes :

• Creating storage facilities for personal electric vehicles and buggies at sheltered housing developments schemes
• Neighbourhood street lighting modifications
• Public car park improvements including trenching, cabling, and ticketing machines
• Fire risk assessments
• Electrical testing
• Water management and monitoring and associated remedial works in various council owned residential dwellings and community buildings
• Flooring replacement programmes for various council housing schemes
