Two new Executive Suites known as Level Head Lounge and S&P Lounge respectively were created alongside a new unisex toilet area/plant and storage spaces within the fallow area in the West Stand at Portman Road. The fast-track project was delivered during the close football season over a 16-week period. The design, work scope and specifications evolved significantly and in parallel with the installations being progressed, hence there was a lot of focus on procurement, resourcing, and coordination with numerous other trades to manage the programme through to a successful handover.

In addition to the executives suites, we were involved in forming a new Media Gantry and Media Lounge, as well as infrastructure to the dugouts and pitch side amenities to comply with Premier League protocols. We also undertook various upgrades to the back of house kitchen and bar areas, enhancing the matchday experience for corporate clientele.

The mechanical and electrical services comprised hot and cold water services, above ground drainage, HRU ventilation systems, air conditioning with central control, distribution boards, general and emergency lighting, small power, earthing, fire alarm, access control, as well as all complex interfacing with the existing stadium services.
