Bower Fuller was appointed by Balfour Beatty to provide a design and build solution for the mechanical and electrical services to 25 high end energy efficient dwellings in Goldhawk Road London W12. These ranged from 1 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom family villas. The development provided 3 one bedroom apartments, 7 three storey mews houses, 3 three storey villas and 12 four storey villas.

The mechanical services consist of high efficiency gas fired boilers serving a range of underfloor heating systems on each floor along with towel rails in every en-suite. The boiler also serves a high recovery hot water cylinder all controlled using the home automation system. The properties have multiple bathrooms all fitted with high end sanitaryware, brassware and walk in showers.

The electrical services comprise full LED lighting throughout with high end accessories and a home automation system. All light fittings are of the “trimless plastered in” type with local scene controllers to the main living and dining areas. A PV system has been provided to each property and wireless energy monitors have been fitted.

The development is partly accessed by a new private road with 3 access controlled gates complete with a video entry system to the 7 mews houses. Each villa has a garage or private parking and each garage boasts its own loft annexe.
