Following extensive flooding at the Framlingham Technology Centre caused by storm Babet in late 2023, we worked alongside main contractor Mixbrow to replace water heaters, toilets, basins, disabled WC, showers and urinals.

We also took the opportunity to carry out an internal clean of the existing heating system and remove sludge debris from the pipework and radiators prior to installing various energy saving measures such as new thermostatic radiator valves, water conserving taps and flush control technology.

A key feature of the project involved the complete refurbishment of the rotunda reception space with architectural radiators, wood panelling and a remodelled adjacent kitchenette area.
