Bower Fuller worked with Hutton Construction on this project to increase the editorial office space for the regional newspaper.

In order to achieve these requirements the existing two storey office was completely refurbished and a new single storey extension added.

Mechanically Bower Fuller installed a new air conditioning system serving both the extension and the refurbished office area. A heat recovery system was installed on the ventilation system to reduce heating costs. New sanitary ware and hot and cold water systems were required as part of the refurbishment.

The electrical refurbishment involved installing a mains power supply which was distributed within the raised floor void. Also a fire alarm, emergency lighting and a data system were required.
