Our Special Projects team have been working at BT Research Centre in Martlesham, Suffolk, for several years on various property improvement schemes. We offer a complete turnkey service covering mechanical and electrical services as well as ground works, building repairs, and interior fit out.

This particular project involved us dismantling the front entrance signage and replacing it with a new digitalised one, including the associated electrical installations, excavations, below ground services and all necessary builderswork. The project had its challenges as we confronted exceptionally inclement weather with torrential downpours during the short period that was allotted to us to undertake the work in what is a very high profile location. The new signage is passed each day by up the 3,700 staff who work for a growing cluster over 130 hi-tech ICT companies based at the facility.

On completion we received some nice comments from our client who remarked  “This has been a really tricky project with changing requirements, short timescales and technical issues.
