This CAT A fit out of Berkeley Square in Mayfair, London was completed within a fast track 20 week programme, and comprised the complete refurbishment of the services of this 6 storey listed building.

Mechanical services included a new 6 system VRF installation, ventilation systems (including a packaged AHU with integral BMS control panel), new BMS system, domestic water services and drainage systems.

The electrical services included new lighting and lighting control systems, small power installation, fire alarm and ancillary systems.

The building has been fitted out to an extremely high specification in keeping with the location of the site overlooking Berkeley Square. Due to the requirement for the maximum floor to ceiling heights, the new services had to be co-ordinated with the existing openings within the structural beams.
