This was a design and build project, secured in competition.

The project provided a bright new headquarters building of over 1700m2 for this financial investment company.

We worked closely with the design team and main contractor to develop a coordinated and innovative scheme.

Part of the design strategy was to maintain flexibility of services for subletting, particularly on the first floor.

The offices are served by a VRV air conditioning system and a tempered fresh air supply and extract system within the ceiling voids.

A modular lighting system was installed to give flexibility in subletting, with separate security, data and fire alarm systems.

The central core area contains the toilet accommodation, which is served by mains water, local water heaters and local ‘dirty’ extract systems.
