In addition to maintenance based work, our Special Projects Department often execute one-off new build and refurbishment schemes. For example, we have been ever-present at Culford School, Bury St Edmunds for the last few years where we have undertaken several electrical and mechanical upgrades to improve the schools efficiency and energy consumption needs. Our knowledge of the site, our levels of service, and possibly even our competitive pricing has recently culminated in us being awarded the M+E package for the school’s new build library development via Main Contractor, Seamans (a project that we have been tracking for the last 3 years!). Furthermore and following several months of our value engineering efforts, Special Projects has also managed to win the first of a series of refurbishment projects with BT at Adastral Park. The projects include mechanical, electrical and building minor upgrades.
