Our refurbishment scheme at Addenbrookes Hospital on the Neuro Critical Care Ward is progressing well. As shown in the attached photos, the team has carefully navigated a particularly congested ceiling void to install M&E services for various staff office and workspaces, as well as 18 new bed bays designed to deliver specialised medical care to patients. Our installation has been meticulously coordinated with the aid of a BIM model and support from the design team to enable precise planning and minimise clashes. Given the project’s location within an eight-storey medical ward, it has been important to ensure a seamless integration with existing services while minimising any interruption to surrounding areas. We are excited to continue the drive to advance the project to a successful conclusion.
