We have recently completed another major project with main contractor Thomas Sinden for the redevelopment of 520 London Road, West Thurrock, to create a vehicle body workshop facility and two storey office block for Spectrum VR Group.
The office area features meeting rooms, washrooms and communal spaces for staff, while the warehouse is subdivided into five maintenance bays incorporating a vehicle maintenance trench and a specialist spray booth. The workshop includes all the essential garage services expected in a state-of-the-art facility like this. The M&E design incorporates a sophisticated VRF system, domestic services, energy efficient lighting, small power and an extensive 96kW PV system.
The family run business was founded in 1986 , and this marks their third location across Essex and Kent. The client specialises in vehicle repairs for heavy goods vehicles, hence the workshop has been suitably sized and fully equipped to cater for rather large trucks and lorries.
