Engineering Services for Buildings

Investing in the Future

Since its inception over 50 years ago, Bower Fuller has invested heavily in its own apprenticeship scheme. Key objectives of the business have always been to create employment opportunities in the local community and to give hard working and committed individuals a chance to build a rewarding career. We are very proud that the majority of our existing site supervisory level staff have progressed through our apprenticeship scheme.

We are pleased to welcome three new operative apprentices this month to our business as they embark on their respective journeys in the building services industry. Samuel Dye and Ross Henry have joined our mechanical site team. They will also both be attending Cambridge Regional College for their education to gain an NVQ level 2 in HVAC pipework services prior to undertaking NVQ Level 3 in welding. Bradley Harvey has joined our electrical site team. As Bradley has previously completed his NVQ level 3, he will be progressing his practical work with JTL maintaining an overview of progress. This now takes our total number of apprentices to eight.
