Following a quick tendering process towards the end of 2023, we are delighted to be working again with Gipping Construction on the fast-track refurbishment of two car showrooms in Basildon. Both projects are for Toomey Motors to provide modern showrooms for their Hyundai and Nissan dealerships. Works will include power and data in the floors to energise the electric/hybrid vehicles and allow their capabilities to be showcased. We are also removing the old gas fired heating and cooling systems and replacing these with new electric VRF air conditioning to enhance the environment and user comfort.
