Congratulations to one of our Management Trainees Will for successfully completing his further education at South Bank University. Will gained his qualification in building services engineering on a day release basis while working within various different departments in our business to enhance his skill set. All in all, quite an achievement due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic and the almost immediate change to virtual learning and mentoring.
Will is nearing the final stages of a planned learning programme where he has completed time in various departments to gain an understanding and appreciation of the various elements across the business. More recently Will has been working on numerous projects assisting our project management teams. He will shortly be taking on the lead electrical engineering on one of projects in the education sector, under the guidance of a senior mentor.
