Bower Fuller secured this fast track project at Elm Tree Community Primary School, Lowestoft with Wates as a result of their trust in Bower Fuller to provide the resources needed to deliver the project in the short four month programme. The project involves a major refurbishment of the dated school buildings and its facilities.
