Ipswich Office :

Site Apprentices (Electrical and Mechanical)

Bower Fuller has a long established and successful apprenticeship programme. We are currently recruiting mechanical and electrical apprentices to join our respected site teams to work on diverse projects across the region. Successful applicants will be trained in aspects of mechanical installation, electrical installation and health and safety, whilst attending a local college on day release to gain NVQ’s in either electrical or mechanical services over a four-year period. If you are dedicated and passionate about a career in construction, then we would love to hear from you.

Ipswich Office :

Management Trainee

Our Ipswich office is looking to recruit talent to train and become the next generation of engineers in the building services sector.

As a management trainee you will go through a planned learning regime in the office and site. You will work closely and be mentored by our experienced team, gaining experience in the various departments across the business to give you a taste of the various disciplines whilst acquiring the fundamentals of mechanical and electrical building services. Your technical education is complemented by a structured course at Southbank University covering all aspects of building services. You will be based mainly in the Ipswich office and will involve visiting sites in and around East Anglia and Essex.

Dartford Office :

Assistant/Intermediate Level Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Working side by side with our engineers and management team you will benefit from being exposed to our diverse range of projects in and around London and a personal training plan to complement your learning.  Depending on your current situation, consideration will also be given to enrolling on relevant courses, typically at Southbank University or Anglia Ruskin University.
