We are very pleased to have been involved in the successful completion of a new and refurbished student accommodation block for Clare College, which was delivered with Main Contractor, Barnes Construction. The scheme presented some significant challenges due to the severely restricted access around the site, being positioned right on the Cambridge ring road, and within a densely populated residential area. Despite these challenges, Barnes Construction was recently recognised on Clare College by the CFCI with the Special Award for Considerate Contractors in Cambridge.
