We are equally comfortable undertaking multi million pound major new build and refurbishment projects, as we are fulfilling our duties as the incumbent expert under a preventative or reactive maintenance contract. Our Major Works team has an enviable reputation of delivering high profile projects either on a traditional build basis, design and build or via a framework with like-minded main contractors and consultants. Conversely, our Special Works team is predominantly geared towards supporting end user clients who outsource and entrust the maintenance and improvement of their property portfolio to us.
