The new secondary school for Bury St Edmunds at Moreton Hall will have the heating and hot water provided by an energy centre. Delivery of the 2 wood pellet biomass boilers has just been made along with a 17,000 litre buffer vessel, following a 14 week procurement period.
Installation of the two boilers and buffer vessel took only one day but the fit out of the rest of the plant room will take a little longer!
Close coordination with the design team, Concertus, has allowed an engineered solution be developed and progressed.
