Bower Fuller has recently completed the mechanical and electrical refurbishment works of Bennet House at 54 St James’ Street, London, which continues the long relationship with Lord Sugar’s property company Amsprop, along with the main contractor, the Brennan Group.

The project comprised the refurbishment of 4 No. high specification 2 bedroom apartments with a duplex penthouse, along with communal and concierge facilities.

The mechanical works comprised individual VRF systems, underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation, sprinklers, domestic and drainage services along with a smoke ventilation system.

The electrical works comprised the small power, fully programmable scene setting lighting installation, secure access control including lifts, video entry and security.
