Bennet House, a development of six top end residences located in the St James area of London, was handed over this month. This is our Southern office’s third project for developer Amsprop. The project comprised the refurbishment of 4 No. high specification 2 bedroom apartments with a duplex penthouse, along with communal and concierge facilities.
Our next Amsprop scheme, Aldermans House is due on site early in the new year. Located next to Liverpool Street station, early demolition works by Main Contractor ISG are being advanced. This is set to be an interesting project with the front façade being fully retained and modern office space being created behind over 8 floors.
